The Cut and Thrust of Debate

Recent events like the protest regarding prostitution (for, not against) and not so recent blockage of Black Out Korea highlight South Korea’s percieved importance of image; specifically, how the rest of the world views the country.

These pictures of a Parliamentary vote in late 2010 don’t help.

What the hell is wrong with this guy?
This lady went for a jog in the wrong area. At least, that's the only reason I could think for someone to where that get-up.
